15+ Years / Enterprise technology & solutions delivery

I’m Jibreel Rice, founder of Rice Logic Consulting. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped organizations navigate complex technology, connect business requirements with technical execution, and turn difficult challenges into practical, dependable solutions.

01 / About Jibreel

The work is technical. The responsibility is human.

The challenge might be a platform that isn’t supporting the business, a workflow that has grown too complicated, systems that don’t connect, or a digital experience that isn’t working for the people who use it.

That’s where I do my best work.

I understand the actual problem, work through the technical and operational details, and deliver solutions people can use and organizations can maintain.

I work across business analysis, solution architecture, SaaS platform configuration, workflow design, systems integration, reporting and front-end web development, and I stay involved from the first stakeholder conversation through implementation, validation and handoff.

02 / Enterprise experience

Experience earned in complex environments.

My professional experience spans enterprise software, third-party risk management, technology modernization, digital platforms, and the operational challenges that come with implementing systems at scale.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to technology work supporting organizations including Microsoft, Dell, Liberty Mutual, Unum, Intuit, Rolls-Royce, and Ralph Lauren, and collaborated on projects involving teams from EY, Deloitte, PwC, and KPMG.

03 / What I bring

Business understanding. Technical depth.

Enterprise Platforms & Business Systems

My professional experience includes enterprise platform implementation, third-party risk management, supplier onboarding and due diligence. I configure workflows and business rules, support API integrations and data mapping, and investigate dependencies and root causes before changing live systems.

My reporting and data visualization work includes SQL, operational reports, dashboard configuration and BI tools, with Tableau, Looker and QlikView in my toolkit. I also develop migration methods and validation tools, including an AI-assisted migration prototype with explicit conversion rules, dependency handling and review checks.

Web Platforms & Digital Experiences

I design and build complete responsive websites, member and customer portals, and data-driven experiences. My implementation work combines HTML, CSS and JavaScript with content management systems, query-driven content and custom interface components.

Through Rice Logic, my work also includes creative direction, brand presentation, booking experiences, campaign creative and supporting digital and print materials. I connect the visual design with the customer journey, responsive QA and practical handoff.

A bridge between both

The value is connecting the two.

I can clarify a need with a business team, evaluate approaches, implement the platform, coordinate integrations, troubleshoot and validate the result, including on platforms I’m meeting for the first time.

04 / The independent practice

Independent thinking. Connected systems.

Rice Logic Consulting brings together the disciplines I’ve practiced throughout my career. It isn’t tied to selling a software product or forcing every challenge into the same solution.

Applied AI is part of that practice. I use prompt engineering, context design and reusable instructions across research, analysis, design and technical delivery. AI-assisted prototypes and workflows include clear inputs, review criteria and validation. I stay responsible for the technical decisions, direct communication and quality of the work.

The goal isn’t more technology. It’s technology that makes the business easier to run.

05 / Let’s find the logic

Got a complicated technology problem?

You don’t need the solution figured out before reaching out. Start with the problem and we’ll work from there.

Good solutions start with a clear conversation.
