Information you choose to provide
When you submit a project brief or contact Rice Logic Consulting, you may provide information such as:
- Your name
- Email address
- Organization
- The type of help you are looking for
- Project or business details you include in your message
- Your preferred or expected timeline
This information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether Rice Logic Consulting can assist, discuss potential services, and communicate with you about the work you requested.
Rice Logic Consulting does not sell personal information and does not use project inquiries for third-party advertising.
How the project brief is delivered
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure to securely process project-brief submissions.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help protect the form from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical and browser information needed to determine whether a submission appears legitimate.
After a submission passes validation, the project brief is processed through a Cloudflare Worker and sent to Rice Logic Consulting at projects@ricelogicconsulting.com.
Business email is managed through Google Workspace. As a result, submitted project information and related correspondence may be stored within Rice Logic Consulting's Google Workspace account.
Website security and technical information
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, form-processing, and related infrastructure. As part of providing those services, Cloudflare may process standard technical information associated with requests to the website, such as IP address, browser information, request timing, and security signals.
This information is used for website operation, security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Browser storage and cookies
Rice Logic Consulting does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking.
The website may use limited browser storage to support interface behavior, such as remembering whether introductory motion has already played during a visit, maintaining page-transition behavior, or remembering when a visitor pauses site motion.
Cloudflare Turnstile may also use technical browser signals necessary to provide bot and abuse protection.
Analytics and advertising
Rice Logic Consulting does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral advertising on this website.
If analytics or other tracking technologies are added in the future, this notice will be updated to describe those services and how information is used.
How long information is kept
Project inquiries and related correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, evaluate or provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted.
Your choices
You may contact Rice Logic Consulting to ask about personal information you previously submitted or to request correction or deletion where appropriate.
