Systems & Technical Delivery04 Proof-Driven Case Studies

Complex systems. Proven work.

Representative professional work and initiative design. Identities are withheld; status is stated per item.

Migration Automation & Validation

Legacy-to-modern platform migration

Professional initiative · Proof of concept

Challenge
A major-version platform migration required moving interdependent website artifacts without breaking references, duplicating content or treating every export type as the same.
Work
Mapped dependency order, document-identity remapping, query compatibility, conversion rules, validation and review flags; packaged the method as a reusable AI-assisted batch workflow backed by deterministic conversion scripts.
Proven
A working proof of concept converted supported sanitized exports, generated a shared dependency registry, validated output packages and surfaced unresolved items for human review.

Configuration Logic Remediation

Enterprise workflow and interface diagnosis

Professional experience · Client anonymized

Challenge
A refresh path exposed incorrect field visibility because legacy and refresh behavior depended on overlapping conditional presentation logic.
Work
Traced the workflow/version behavior, separated the conditional display paths and added the missing presentation logic required for the refresh and legacy experiences.
Proven
The intended fields appeared on their respective refresh and legacy views in staging. Production carryover remained a separate release step.

Supplier Risk Data Integration

Connecting external risk intelligence with enterprise workflows

Professional experience · Client anonymized

Challenge
An enterprise organization needed D&B risk intelligence connected to supplier records, refreshed consistently, and presented clearly enough to support risk reviews.
Work
Configured data mappings and refresh workflows, coordinated investigation of repeat-run issues with integration specialists, and added score definitions, risk-scale guidance, and conditional displays.
Proven
Delivered refresh-workflow fixes and clearer risk-score views while preserving the established relationship between supplier records and their D&B data.

Platform Experience Refresh

Modernization service design

Professional initiative · Pilot concept

Challenge
Existing association-platform sites could look dated even when the underlying functionality, data architecture and integrations did not need a rebuild.
Work
Designed a controlled modernization model using read-only discovery, current assets, targeted desktop/mobile previews, explicit presentation-layer boundaries, candidate criteria, data/AI guardrails and handoff into existing delivery paths.
Proven
Produced an executive-ready business case, pitch deck, guardrails, modernization catalog and pilot model. The initiative remained at proposal/pilot stage; no adoption or revenue outcome is claimed.
